After he physically attacked her six years ago he consistently harassed and threatened her. He attempted to run her off the road on the way to a co-parenting meeting. He told her that he had driven by the house while she and their children were sleeping and opened and closed the garage door.

One woman was allegedly subjected to sexual abuses in lieu of payments for legal services by her attorney.
Another claimed she was fondled under the table in court, then pressured to share nude photos of herself.
Five women say they were sexually assaulted by their lawyer Chad Salsman, who was elected Bradford County District Attorney in 2019, and faces criminal sex charges filed by Pennsylvania s Attorney General. Salsman, who remains in office, has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Women who come forward with accusations of sexual assault face long-lasting emotional challenges, say advocates who specialize in helping victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence, especially as criminal cases proceed toward a possible trial.

James David Tette presented with Youth Bureau s first Distinguished Youth Award in 2021
PENN YAN – The first recipient of the Yates County Youth Board s Distinguished Youth Award in 2021 is James David JD Tette, who was recognized at the last meeting of the Yates County Legislature for his commitment and services to the community in 2020.
JD is a freshman at Penn Yan Academy, where he is a member of National Junior Honor Society, Masterminds Club and First and Second Team All-League Cross Country. He was the 2020 Section V, Class C Country Champion. For the last eight years, he has been an altar boy and usher at St. Michael s Church. He also runs all the audio/visual equipment for St. Michael s to broadcast their Masses for those unable to attend in person.
