NEW CANAAN - The 95-year-old police headquarters, retrofitted from a school at 174 South Ave., lacks space for law enforcement needs not foreseen 38 years ago when it was last renovated, police officials say.
Computer servers overheating in cramped quarters, female police officers lacking locker room space; and the absence of a computer-simulated training room for officers are a few of the concerns Police Chief Leon Krolikowski shared with members of the Police Headquarters Building Committee member.
