Brayden Bushby’s future is in the hands of the Honourable Helen M. Pierce.
It’s decision day as both sides wait to hear the decision of the judge.
The 21-year-old Bushby pled
not guilty to the charge of manslaughter.
The charges stem from the July 4th 2017 death of Barbara Kentner, in which the court was told Kentner was struck by a trailer hitch thrown from a passing vehicle on January 29th 2017.
Both Crown Attorney Andrew Sadler and Defence lawyer George Joseph asked her honour to find any legal connection between the injury and Barbara Kentner’s ultimate demise.
