CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The debate over no-knock warrants returns to Cincinnati City Hall Tuesday.
Last month, Council’s Law & Public Safety Committee delayed proceeding with a motion that, if passed, would severely limit police use of no-knock warrants so they could give the police department and city manager time to weigh in.
Their remarks will be held in two weeks now, not Tuesday, Vice Mayor Christopher Smitherman says.
