Allan Adam on Thursday said lockdown measures imposed last week to address an outbreak on the Black Lake Denesulin First Nation are difficult to enforce in the absence of a public health order. The outbreak was declared last Friday by the health authority and requires people to quarantine if they test positive, stick to their bubbles and refrain from unnecessary travel to and from the community.

Adam said authorities cannot force people to follow those rules. The province ended all COVID-19 restrictions on July 11.
