Consumers are buying gas amidst fear of short supply after a pipeline

That s the message from the State Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce Andy Gipson.
This message comes after a cyber attack against a major gas distributor, the Colonial Pipeline, last week.
Some buyers, like Melanie Truby of Greneda, are already filling up their vehicles. I m disgusted with it, she said.
Truby said she saw people at gas stations buying gasoline like crazy. There s been a rumour going around that there s a gas shortage. And I ve been to several places where they were already out of gas, Truby continued.
