Buffalo Sabres forward Taylor Hall will not play on Tuesday night against the New Jersey Devils, according to interim head coach Don Granato.
Hall, 29, is expected to be among the top forwards available ahead of the NHL s trade deadline, which falls on April 12 at 3 p.m. ET/noon PT. But the one-year, $8-million contract that he signed as a free agent in the off-season includes a full no-movement clause, giving him some control over his next destination.
