The Daily Jeffersonian The Ohio Department of Transportation will close the intersection of Cadiz Road (Route 22) and Anderson Road to traffic Wednesday for a culver-replacement project, weather permitting. Cadiz Road will remain open to traffic. The posted detour for the one-day closure is Anderson Road to Stockdale Road to Rainbow Road to Cadiz Road. Port Authority meeting Wednesday The Guernsey County Port Authority will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Community Improvement Corporation conference room, 9900 Brick Church Rd. Organizers note the change in the day of the week for this meeting only.
