Leslie Grace has landed the coveted role of Barbara Gordon/Batgirl in the upcoming standalone film from DC and HBO Max!
The studio was really high on Leslie before she even came in to audition, sources told Deadline, but her “audition sealed the deal as the choice.”
Not much is known about the film as of right now, but it is clear that the title role will be Barbara Gordon, the daughter of Commissioner Gordon in the DC Comics lore, who becomes Batgirl in this universe.
