The Ottawa Fire Services high-angle rescue team helped to safely retrieve a person who fell down a steep embankment in Orléans on Monday.
The rescue team was among those to respond to an emergency call that an individual had fallen down the embankment, near Brookridge Crescent.

The patient was about 10 metres down the embankment, and was safely brought to the top of the hill, and treated by paramedics.
