GRAND HAVEN TWP. A Grand Haven man was injured in a rollover crash Sunday.
The Ottawa County Sheriff s Office responded to the one-car crash just before 4 p.m. Sunday, May 9, on U.S.-31 near Comstock Street. A 42-year-old Grand Haven man was driving northbound on U.S.-31 when he was cut off by an unknown red vehicle.
The 42-year-old then drove his vehicle onto the shoulder of the road to avoid being hit and lost control of his vehicle, causing it to roll.
He was transported to North Ottawa Community Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

GRAND HAVEN TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – A 42-year-old man was injured in a single vehicle crash south of Grand Haven on Sunday (May 9, 2021) afternoon.
According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Jon Knott, deputies and first responders were dispatched to the area of US-31 near Comstock Street just before 4 PM on a report of a rollover accident. An investigation at the scene indicated that the unnamed motorist, driving northbound on the trunk road, was apparently cut off by a unknown red vehicle. To avoid a collision, the motorist swerved onto the shoulder, losing control of his vehicle, which caused it to roll.
Motorcyclist, passenger seriously injured in Ferrysburg crash

FERRYSBURG A motorcyclist and his passenger were both severely injured in a crash Sunday night.
The Ottawa County Sheriff s Office responded to a motorcycle crash around 6:45 p.m. Sunday, April 25, on southbound US-31 in the construction zone near M-104.
Police determined a black Harley-Davidson motorcycle, driven by a 31-year-old Whitehall man, was headed northbound on US-31 when the driver lost control. The Whitehall man drifted into the southbound lanes of US-31, where it crashed.
The motorcycle then slid across the pavement into a white Mercury Sable going southbound. Neither the driver of the Sable nor his passengers were injured in the crash.
