MINNEAPOLIS, July 22, 2021 -JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has closed the $59 million sale of and arranged $44.25 million in acquisition financing for The Cielo Apartments, a 269-unit, multi-housing community in the Minneapolis suburb of Fridley, Minnesota. JLL marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Trident Development. Peak Capital Partners acquired the property. Additionally, JLL worked on behalf of the new owner to secure the seven-year loan through Freddie Mac. The loan will be serviced by JLL Real Estate Capital, LLC, a Freddie Mac Optigo℠ lender. The Cielo Apartments comprises studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranging from 586 to 1,345 square feet. The apartments feature granite or quartz countertops, modern appliances, undermount sinks and kitchen islands. The Rebels will be looking to end a three game run without a win when they host Cabinteely at Turners Cross on Friday night (kick-off 7.45pm).
This fixture will have a bit more weight behind it as the stadium will host fans for the first time since October 2020 with 600 fans in attendance for Friday night’s game.
Cork have already faced Cabinteely this season, the Dublin side ran out 1-0 winners at Stradbrook in April in the first ever League meeting between the teams.

Pat Devlin returns to the dugout this weekend as Cabinteely welcome First Division rivals Wexford to Stradbrook on Friday evening (kick-off is at 7.45pm).
Cabo come into the game sitting pretty in the playoff positions having seen off Treaty United last weekend.
The South Dubliners recorded a 2-1 victory over the Shannonsiders – with Vilius Labutis netting the winner in the 50
th minute after Kieran Marty Waters had given his side a half-time lead.
The result saw Cabinteely – who had to make do without the suspended Kevin Knight – move into fourth spot, six points behind league leaders Shelbourne after the end of the first series of games.
