After trading away Carson Wentz, 2020 second-round pick Jalen Hurts tops the Eagles’ quarterback depth chart. And my feeling is that he has earned a chance to start in Week 1 next season and try to be Philly’s long-term answer, even though he completed just 52% of his passes last season. The Eagles have major salary-cap issues, and this is not going to be a one-year rebuild for new coach Nick Sirianni. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re picking in the top 10 next year as well. Police have called off the search for a snowmobiler in Whiteshell Provincial Park, who they now believe fell through the ice.
A search and rescue team combed through hundreds of kilometres in southeastern Manitoba provincial park looking for Dan LeMay, 50, who had been missing without food or water since Sunday night.

With the number of candidates the team has brought in, it seems unlikely that the Texans will steal their guy away from them. And even if they do, there has to be a Candidate 1A. Otherwise, why wouldn t the Eagles have made a move already?
