Show Transcript George Floyd struggling to breathe, desperate. That s what the prosecution wants the jury to focus on. They say that nine minutes and 29 seconds with a neat to the neck is because of pride and ego on the part of Derek chauvin. They say that this was an assault that led to murder. On the other hand, the defense saying that there are two things they want the jury to focus on the use of force, which they believe was reasonable because of the struggle that they had. Getting George Floyd inside of that patrol car and the crowd. And the second thing they want the jury to focus on is the cause of death.
