The British Red Cross is inviting friends, neighbours and colleagues to pour a cup of kindness and support their work across the UK.
The ‘Cup of Kindness’ tea party campaign encourages people to stay in touch safely at this special time of year and host a festive tea party online as a way of staying in touch with friends while also raising vital funds.
The money raised will enable the Red Cross to continue supporting those hit hardest by the coronavirus pandemic.
Jess Burden, senior community fundraiser at the British Red Cross, said: “We know if there is one thing we can all enjoy together, it’s a lovely cuppa.
