This will include work on the prevention of, and response to, safeguarding issues across the region. The Advisor will advocate for the rights of complainants/survivors and work to ensure that they are supported and protected from further harm. The Regional Safeguarding Advisor will work closely with country teams to provide advice and support on embedding safeguarding across Oxfam’s work in the region. They will analyse and share relevant information with other teams across the region and confederation to ensure that safeguarding in the Region is included in strategy and programming globally and regionally as appropriate

The Role
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for a Finance Operations Manager who will manage all operational finance functions for Oxfam International and ensure effective maintenance of accounting records. This role will also be key in managing critical financial risks and enhancing the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results in line with accounting principles and standards.
Who we re looking for
You will have demonstrated experience in leading and managing a Finance Operations or Financial Accounting team, including building staff capacity through mentoring and training. You will be experienced in Financial Accounting, Financial Operations and stakeholder management – including demonstrable, solutions-focused customer service skills and have demonstrated experience with an ERP finance system, preferably Dynamics 365. You will be able to lead and support organizational change, developing and implementing finance policies, procedures, and systems.
The Role
Oxfam International Secretariat is looking for an Accounts Officer to maintain the Supplier and Customer Accounts, which involves liaising with Staff, Budget Holders, Suppliers and Customers around the world, collating supporting paperwork and authorization to ensure the correct allocation of the Secretariat’s resources.
