Detroit 4Fest, an event for off-roading and overlanding, is returning September 25-26 to Holly Oaks ORV (Off Road Vehicle) Park in Holly, Michigan, a live event for off-road and outdoor recreation.

Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Police Service (CPS) and City of Cornwall By-Law Services have received several complaints from concerned citizens on the use of off-road vehicles and snowmobiles on streets in the City of Cornwall. These vehicles are reportedly travelling at high rates of speed in residential areas of the community.
In response to these complaints, over the coming weeks, CPS officers and City of Cornwall By-Law officers will be focusing on educating members of the public on the lawful use of these vehicles, as well as using appropriate enforcement as necessary.

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) â Buffalo Common Council Members Mitch Nowakowski and Bryan Bollman have introduced legislation to combat illegal ATV use in the City of Buffalo.
They jointly introduced an ordinance amendment to Chapter 309 of the Buffalo City Code which clearly outlines the illegality of operating an ATV or similar motor vehicle on city streets or in city parks and establishes new penalties for violations.
Fillmore District Council Member Nowakowski and Lovejoy District Council Member Bollman say the amendment explicitly states no person shall operate an ATV on any Buffalo street or in any park and the penalty for illegal operation will include a fine of up to $2,500 and seizure of the vehicle.
