Board Addition and Management Changes George Town, Cayman Islands - 10 February 2021 - Mineral and Financial Investments Limited (LSE-AIM: MAFL) ( M&FI , MAFL or the Company ) is very pleased to announce the addition of Mark T. Brown, B. Comm. CPA, CA, as an independent member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Brown will assume the role of Chairman. Jacques Vaillancourt will assume the role of President, Chief Executive Officer and director of the Company. Jacques Vaillancourt noted that Mr. Brown s financial and mining experience, as well as his active roles as a senior director of numerous public companies, make him a great fit for the M&FI Board and we look forward to working with him. About the El Cobre Project
To date, Azucar has discovered five copper-gold porphyry zones within the El Cobre Project along an approximately 5km trend, stretching from Norte down to Encinal in the southeast (Figure 1). These zones are defined by distinct Cu-Au soil anomalies, discrete, positive magnetic features, a large IP chargeability anomaly, and drilling. A summary of the various zones is provided below.
