Wheeling AMVETS Post holding reopening fest July 31

Phillip Carpenter AMVETS Post 66 in Wheeling will host a public reopening festival on July 31.
The event will run from 3 to 9 p.m. at the post, 700 McHenry Road. The Robert Rosewood Band and Dirty Laundry will perform.
