유연석 측 이태원 38억 단독주택 매입? 사생활이라 답변 어려워

[이데일리 스타in 김가영 기자] 배우 유연석(37)이 이태원 경리단길에 위치한 단독주택을 38억원에 매입한 것으로 전해졌다.
22일 유연석 소속사인 킹콩 by 스타쉽 측은 이에 대해 “배우 개인 사생활과 관련되어 있어 답변드리기 어렵다”고 조심스러운 입장을 취했다.
앞서 우먼센스는 유연석이 배우 유아인, 개그맨 박명수가 거주 중인 동네의 단독주택을 약 38억원에 사들였다고 보도했다. 이 매체에 따르면 유연석이 매입한 주택은 연면적 299㎡, 토지면적 337㎡의 지하 1층~지상 2층 규모다. 주변에는 외국 대사관이 밀집돼 있으며, 인근에 지하철 6호선 이태원역, 녹사평역, 한강진역이 있다.
