The Northwest Business Centre is hosting a free online session Thursday morning to cover just that.
Jennifer Findlay, Northern Development Advisor with the Ministry of Energy, Northern Development and Mines will be on the call to go over the various business programs now offered.
Allyson Pele of the Business Centre says it’s another instalment of their Business Conversations series aimed to help local businesses in the Kenora and Rainy River districts.
The event is set to start at 9:00 am CST on Thursday and will run for around an hour.

You’re not alone if you’re scratching your head about what your business can and cannot do under the new COVID-19 restrictions.
Allyson Pele from the Northwest Business Centre says their partnering with the Northwestern Health Unit and hosting an event Friday to lay out the facts.
“This will outline any restrictions that businesses need to be aware of,” says Pele, “And really how to move forward with this current lockdown that the province is in.”
She tells us that the event will not only help local businesses, but also the health unit.
“The Health Unit has been just overwhelmed with calls from businesses, so this is a great opportunity to hear the information in one spot and have a chance to ask questions.”
