More vendors, new snack and coffee shop Evenbrooke Marketplace in Lexington is under construction, adding more showcase vendors and has totally revamped and renamed its snack and coffee shop area. Store owner Brad McCullough is about to finish the expansion project that will add 2,500 square feet of showroom space, 22 new vendors and highlight a newly named snack and coffee shop area. The expansion had several veteran booth vendors moving to new locations in Evenbrooke s more than 20,000 square-foot showroom at 15 Murphy Drive.
