Saudi Arabia: Body of Ethiopian woman found dangling from roof of Jeddah building

Cairo: Saudi police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an Ethiopian woman found dangling from a building in the Red Sea city of Jeddah, local media reported. The dead body of the woman was spotted hanging by a rope from the roof of a residential building in the district of Al Safa. Police were alerted about the incident. Cloth rope Security forces were dispatched to the scene where the woman was found with a cloth rope around her neck. Authorities confirmed that the woman was an Ethiopian resident in her 40s. “Preliminary legal procedures have been taken on the incident and referral to public prosecution,” the Interior Ministry said without giving further details.

The bulletin highlighted continued attractiveness of the real estate sector to new investors, as 5,683 new investors entered the market in Q1 2021, representing 64% of the total number of investors during the same period.
