Sun Corridor: Better infrastructure, workforce development and talent recruitment key to economic development

Old High seniors graduate Thursday evening

Wichita Falls High School seniors celebrated their graduation in a ceremony Thursday at Kay Yeager Coliseum. They are the 130th graduating class of Old High Coyotes, and they marched across the stage to receive their diplomas in the iconic red gowns of their school. The threat of severe weather Thursday evening prompted a last minute change from an outdoor ceremony at Memorial Stadium to indoors at the Kay Yeager Coliseum. But the rain did not dampen the enthusiasm of the students, teachers, other WFISD staff members and families for celebrating this major milestone in the teens lives.  The WFHS valedictorian for 2021 is Robert Horvath. He has a grade point average of 5.0, and his parents are Eva and Alex Horvath.
