Jesse Terry will perform Tuesday in Woodbury to promote his new album ‘When We Wander.’
But Terry’s job as a dad to his daughter Lily, 2, managed to shape his songwriting all the same.
Terry performs Tuesday at the Woodbury Brewing Company in Woodbury.
Terry, in a phone call from his home in Stonington, said he initially couldn’t hear the thread of family life running through his compositions. It took his manager to point it out to him. Then Terry heard it as well.

Oligarchs appoints Zodiak alum as MD
The Oligarchs Group (TOG), parent of Paris-based scripted production company The Oligarchs Productions (TOP), has appointed former Zodiak and Lagardère exec Emmanuelle Bouilhaguet as MD.

TOP, founded in Paris in 2008 by French-American producer Alex Berger and French showrunner Éric Rochant, coproduced Le Bureau des Légendes (The Bureau).
Bouilhaguet joins TOG in the newly created position to drive and expand TOP and its other sister companies’ strategy and business development.
Bouilhaguet will oversee TOG and its subsidiaries’ worldwide operations including production, licensing, marketing and distribution of all contents and brands.
