Alice Elliott Kennedy WILMINGTON Alice Elliott Kennedy, 79, passed away Tuesday, Jan 12, 2021, at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center. Alice was born Sept. 28, 1941, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Arthur Elliott and Edith White Elliott. Alice grew up in Pittsburgh and McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, and relocated to Cary with her young family in 1976. Alice was a loving mother, grandmother and caring friend. She became a medical secretary and worked at UNC Rex Hospital and for other doctors before retiring. She was passionate about politics and helped others when she could. She loved to read all kinds of books, even the dictionary. She was an artist and loved to paint and draw.
