Below is a list of defendants charged in federal court in the District of Columbia related to crimes committed at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C, on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021.
Every case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Following arrests, or surrender, defendants must appear before district court magistrate/judge where the arrest takes place, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. The University of New Mexico men’s basketball team is set to kick off Mountain West play on Monday, Dec. 21 in its first conference series of the season at Boise State. The Lobos will play game one on Monday at 7:30 p.m. MT on FS1.
UNM enters Monday’s game 3-0 on the season including a pair of back-to-back 30+ point victories. Monday’s contest will mark UNM’s second NCAA Division I competition of the season.
Boise State, selected in the league’s preseason poll to finish second this season, is 4-1 with four NCAA Division I opponents and one NAIA institution. The Broncos opened with a 68-58 loss at No. 17 Houston before going on a four-win streak. The streak includes a 74-70 win at BYU and a 70-59 victory over Weber State.

Sitting on 999 points entering Thursday’s game, Lobo senior Makuach Maluach didn’t waste much time joining that 1,000 point club once the ball was tipped.
Appropriate for the theme of the game, the 6-foot-5 wing hit the milestone bucket after first grabbing an offensive rebound (UNM had 32 of them) on the game’s opening possession leading to an easy layup for points 1,000 and 1,0001 to become the 35th player to score 1,000 points in a Lobos jersey.
