(WBTV) - Deputies arrested three people after 36,000 fentanyl pills and more than 30 guns were seized in a drug bust in Caldwell County. Jermaine Douglas Grandy, 39, Nevaeh Douglas Grandy, 18 and Khyran Rasaan Littlejohn, 25, were arrested and charged with multiple counts of trafficking in opioids. All three were placed in the Caldwell Detention Center, Jermaine Grandy under a $500,000 secured bond, Nevaeh Grandy and Khyran Littlejohn under a $100,000 secured bond.

Thermal-Imaging Equipped Drone Helps Find Missing Stony Point Man Thermal-Imaging Equipped Drone Helps Find Missing Stony Point Man January 28, 2021 Alexander Co. Sheriff’s Officers have found an elderly man from Stony Point who had been reported missing. Just after 7:15 last night (January 27), Deputies responded to a to a missing person call at a residence off of Beam Lane in Stony Point. Family members told Officers that a 78-year-old male left the residence alone on a side-by-side A.T.V. at approximately 4:30 p.m. and had not returned home. Due to temperatures in the 30s and rainy conditions at the time, as well as the missing person’s age and medical problems, a search effort was organized.
