Mandatory training module has been updated to be more engaging and accessible 2021 Annual Compliance Training required by March 15 January 26, 2021 UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. A new, updated version of Penn State’s Annual Compliance Training (ACT) and will be available through the Learning Resource Network (LRN) starting February 1.  All Penn State employees are required to finish ACT by the deadline of March 15, which has been updated this year to be more accessible, engaging and convenient to navigate. “Annual Compliance Training is a critical component in continuing to reinforce our University’s ethical culture and advance the Penn State Values of integrity, respect, responsibility, discovery, excellence and community,” said University Ethics Officer Emme Devonish. “Our annual ACT not only helps Penn State meet its legal and regulatory obligations, but also reflects our University’s overarching commitment to ethics and an ethical workplace.”
