It’s become an unlikely statement of the #MeToo movement.    There are several storylines that speak to the unequal standing of women in American society, and societies around the world, too. Take Margaret Josephs. She and a ghostwriter are writing a book. In it, she details the challenges she faced coming of age in the businessman’s world of the Big ’80s. A woman had to, unfairly, make certain “decisions” to get a seat at the table. “I learned it doesn’t matter how smart you are, you’re going to get ahead more with your looks and your sexuality,” said Josephs during a confessional on Wednesday. She had lunch at Elia in East Rutherford with Melissa Gorga and Jackie Goldschneider. “Which is unfortunate and it repulsed me, but I learned to play the game.”
