The second firing came today as I m writing this, July 2nd, after Chris Armas (pictured below playing his invisible keyboard for his Genesis cover band) saw his Toronto team thumped 7-1 by the not so great DC United. In theory these are two very different firings, Fioranelli saw the door after years of failure including bad signings, bizarre coaching changes and just generally not seeming to get how to do things in MLS. Chris Armas, just started the job and only had 11 games in charge of Toronto before getting booted out the door.
