Jonas Soulier, 25, is charged in relation to a number of incidents between July 2020 and February 2021. The charges are still before the court and Soulier is presumed innocent until proven guilty. Crown attorney Caroline Lacey said that on Nov. 29, 2020, Blue Hills RCMP responded to a call of a vehicle pulled over on the side of the Trans-Canada Highway. When the officer arrived they checked the licence plates and found it was reported stolen from Brandon five days earlier, on Nov. 24, she said.
