Net loss for the first quarter 2021 was $15.9 million, or $(0.18) per diluted share, compared with net income of $25.1 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, for the first quarter 2020. The first quarter of 2020 included a $19.2 million gain related to the acquisition of the Alaska Tanker Company. In April, we entered into a contract to sell the Overseas Gulf Coast for $32.5 million. Based on the negotiated sale terms, the transaction will result in a $5.4 million loss, which we recorded in the first quarter of 2021. The sale of this unencumbered asset will provide additional liquidity.
