Be sure to join us for the ribbon cuttings of Liquor Depot at 200 NW Loop 230 on Thursday, Jan. 7 at 5 p.m. followed by the ribbon cutting for Yetzi’s Sweet Fruit right next door. We want to welcome both of these businesses to Smithville as we continue to grow.
Smithville is the host of this year’s Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday events in Bastrop County. The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting and managing a website: www.BastropCountyMLKDay.com where residents can view messages from elected officials and view lots of virtual content. This website will be live on Jan. 15.
