UK renewables developer acquired by US-European joint venture for an undisclosed sum in bid to accelerate further growth for the firm
British renewables and energy storage developer Anesco has been snapped up for an undisclosed sum by Askiom Services Group, a US-European joint venture, in a move aimed at expanding the company s reach across Europe.
Anesco has developed and constructed more than 115 solar farms and energy storage facilities - including the UK s first subsidy-free solar farm at Clayhill in Bedfordshire in 2017 - while its operations and maintenance service has close to 1.2GW of renewable assets under management.
