The State Cabinet, presided over by Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, has given its nod to the A.P. Industrial Electronics Policy and financial sanction to the Handri Neeva Sujala Sravanthi Project phases 1 and 2, and administrative and financial sanctions to create infrastructure at the Krishnapatnam Port as a part of the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor.
Minister for Information and Public Relations Perni Venkataramaiah told the media at Velagapudi on Tuesday that the Cabinet also approved the decision to credit ₹4,050 crore directly into the bank accounts of the farmers under the YSR Rythu Bharosa - PM Kisan on May 13.

Srinagar, May 3 : After a teacher from North Kashmir, Government dismissed a Professor and a Revenue official from services in the interest of the security of the State on the recommendations of the recently formed Special Task Force.
Government dismissed Assistant Professor Dr Abdul Bari Naik who was posted at Government Degree College for Women in Udhampur for his activities which are against the interest of the security of the State.
Dr Naik hailing from village Chidder in Kulgam district, was arrested in March this year from Government Degree College for Women in Udhampur for radicalization of local youth in the district.

The orders said the Lt Governor is satisfied after considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on the basis of the information available that the activities of Naik, Wani and Jan are such as to warrant their dismissal from service.

JAMMU/SRINAGAR: Three government officials including an assistant professor were dismissed from service over alleged anti-state activities in Jammu and Kashmir, drawing strong criticism from PDP president Mehbooba Mufti who said the government has “misplaced priorities” during the pandemic.
It”s the first such action after the administration formed a committee last month that is empowered to look into allegations of involvement in anti-state activities against government employees and recommend dismissal.

SRINAGAR: Formal orders issued were issued on Thursday, 30
th April for the dismissal of Dr. Abdul Barl Naik, an assistant professor of geography at Government Degree College for Women, Udhampur.
As per Government Order No.399-3K(GAD) of 2021, the order issued reads,
“WHEREAS, the Lieutenant Governor is satisfied after considering the facts and circumstances of the case and on the basis of the information available that the activities of Dr. Abdul Barl Naik, Assistant Professor, Geography, Government Degree College, Women, Udhampur are such as to warrant his dismissal from service;
