The introduction of a banned drinkers register to Western Australia s Kimberley region means alcohol abusers will be unable to buy takeaway liquor across the state s entire North West.
Liquor outlets are hopeful the trial will see further restrictions on packaged sales held off but want to see the new measure scale-up quickly with only a handful of residents on the register to date.
