The Press Democrat reports that about 60 people came out in support of the three women, who were also in attendance, this past Saturday at the Santa Rosa Police Department. Poems were read, some yelled out “Black Lives Matter,” and the three women, Amber Lucas, Rowan Dalbey, and Kristen Aumoithe even exchanged hugs with some of the participants. The defendants maintain their innocence and, while they haven’t officially been charged with a crime, they are due in court in early August.

Rowan Dalbey, 20, Kristen Aumoithe, 34, and Amber Lucas, 35, all of Santa Rosa, were arrested and booked into jail on conspiracy and felony vandalism charges, according to the city’s police department. The women allegedly smeared blood in April on the exterior of a home and left the pig’s head on the doorstep. The house once belonged to Barry Brodd, a retired police officer who testified for the defense in the trial of Chauvin.

15 May 2021 Three women are accused of leaving a pig’s head at the former California home of the police expert who testified for the defense in the Derek Chauvin trial. Police arrested Kristen Aumoithe, 34, Amber Lucas, 35, and Rowan Dalbey, 20, in Santa Rosa this week and charged them with felony vandalism and conspiracy, NBC Bay Area reported. They were all cited and released. The three women, dressed in all black, are accused of vandalizing the former home of former Santa Rosa Police Officer Barry Brodd over his testimony during former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin’s trial in connection with the murder of George Floyd in mid-April.
