In fact, the money came from more than $1 million Cady bilked from Hennigerâs Diesel, a small engine manufacturing, exporting and service business in Greater Sudbury.
On Wednesday, Cady, 48, pleaded guilty in the Ontario Court of Justice via Zoom link from lawyer Denis Michelâs office, to possession of a fraudulent document used in the commission of an indictable offence and fraud over $5,000.
