Dort leben mehr als 1500 Senioren. Wie Wang Liang, Leiter der PR-Abteilung des Altenheimes mitteilte, ist der Mangel an Fachkräften ein übliches Problem in fast allen Altenheimen. Die Branche der Altenpflege leidet seit langem an der Abwanderung von Fachkräften. „Der wichtigste Faktor, der eine gesunde Entwicklung der Branche beeinflusst, liegt nicht in dem Kapital, sondern in hochqualifizierten Fachkräften“, sagte Wang Liang.
