The NRP Group s Princeton Crossroads apartments will open in 2022.(NRP Group ) Collin County is getting a new workforce housing project. The 300-unit apartment community is being built by Ohio developer NRP Group in Princeton, east of McKinney. The Princeton Crossroads apartments are being built in partnership with Texoma Housing Partners. Rental units in the project will range from 610 to 1320 square feet. And 50% of the apartments will be rented to residents earning less than 80% of the area median income. “As one of the largest multifamily markets in the country, Dallas-Fort Worth is experiencing accelerated population growth as residents continue to migrate to Texas from both the East and West coasts in search of employment and better cost-of-living options,” Alastair Jenkin, senior vice president of development at The NRP Group, said in a statement.
