As day turns into night, more often than not, the deafening sound of modified cars hurtling down the road fills the air. There is that element of a speed junkie in most of us, with a large number passionate about race cars and racing that need for speed. But some perhaps take it a tad too further by tinkering with their cars and driving it on the streets for that adrenaline rush.
But the flipside to it is that such drivers, and cars, not just endanger the public, apart from creating nuisance and disturbance to residents, but also put themselves in harm’s way.

UAE to commission first green hydrogen plant this week

Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei said Masdar has started an initiative to also use solar PV (photovoltaic), to produce hydrogen and try to use it in some buses and passenger vehicles in Abu Dhabi as a first stage.

The UAE is commissioning its first green hydrogen plant in Dubai this week, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure Suhail bin Mohammed Faraj Faris Al Mazrouei said in Abu Dhabi. The plant will supply fuel to certain vehicles to be used during the Expo 2020 Dubai.
