Key Wisconsin Democrats aligned with Joe Biden’s presidential campaign sought to change Green Bay’s collection of drop-off ballots in the 2020 election, according to a newly released email in a growing scandal that is threatening the city’s mayor.
The investigative group Wisconsin Spotlight provided Secrets with the email directed to Green Bay officials that urged a change in the timing of the city s ballot drop boxes on Election Day.
In the election eve email, it was suggested that the city and the Wisconsin Elections Commission would lose a potential lawsuit if changes sought by Team Biden weren’t made.

A federal judge in Washington on Friday formally referred a Minnesota lawyer for potential discipline over a lawsuit filed in December seeking to overturn President Joe Biden’s wins in at least five battleground states.
U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg said the suit was so flimsy and legally flawed that it could merit the attorney who filed it, Erick Kaardal of Minneapolis, facing some sort of punishment from the court.

The Fulton County (Georgia) Election Board voted to fire controversial elections director Richard Barron in a three to two vote Tuesday evening.

Barron’s firing comes after a series of elections where the county was criticized by state elections officials and targeted over rumors about vote tampering.
The county received regular criticism from the secretary of state’s office, with complaints about delays caused by technical problems and a lack of manpower due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Associated Press reported on Tuesday that the full Fulton County Board of Commissioners may review the vote to fire Barron by the Election Board on Wednesday:

The Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), a nonprofit organization that received a $50 million donation from Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan in September and subsequently gave a “large grant” to the office of Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger “for the purpose of educating voters about election rules and process” released a survey on attitudes of Georgia voters on election integrity Wednesday.
