The Acting Chair of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC ) announced on February 24, 2021

she has directed the Division of Corporation Finance to conduct an
enhanced review of climate-related disclosures in public filings.

the 2010 guidance, assess compliance with disclosure obligations

A Waterloo man has been arrested after drugs and a gun were found at his house in December, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. 56 year old Fong Phanhnao was arrested on Friday and charged with possession of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a firearm. His bond has been set at $50,000. The Tri-County Dug Enforcement Task Force searched Phanhnao’s home on Linden Street in December and found several ounces of meth, scales, a large amount of cash, and a .45 caliber handgun. The pistol was found to be stolen. Phanhnao is barred from possessing firearms due to previous felony convictions. He was on parole for drug charges at the time of his arrest.
