Zameen Developments, Zedem International sign MoU to construct luxury apartment project at Faisal Town, Islamabad

ISLAMABAD - Zameen Developments (a sister concern of Zameen.com) and Zedem International have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop a luxury apartment project in Islamabad. Zameen.com and Zameen Developments Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Zeeshan Ali Khan and Zedem International Director Chaudhry Zohair Majeed signed the agreement.
Zameen.com Country Head Ahmed Hussain Bhatti, Senior Director North Hasan Danish, Zameen Developments Director Fahad Arif Khawaja, Director Affiliates and Acquisition Adil Kamal, Zedem International CEO Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, Director Chaudhry Moazzam Majeed, Managing Director Khan A Saleem, Company Sec. Chaudhry Pervaiz, and Director CAM Constructions Mohammad Azam Virk were present on the occasion.

VISAKHAPATNAM: Four members of a family created panic among locals when they heard loud noises coming from a house in Azimabad area at Gajuwaka in Visakhapatnam.
As per reports the loud shouting of what was believed to be from pujas done by the family in their house under locked doors spread tension among locals prompting them to call the police on Sunday night.
As per reports in the Samayam, police said that they received information about rituals being performed at the residence of a man named Abdul Majeed in Azimabad. When the night patrol cops tried to enter the house, the family threatened to slit their own throats and told them not to come in.

UDF blames CPI(M) for murder; CPI(M) says it is family feud
An Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) worker was stabbed to death at Oravumpuram, near Pandikkad, in the district on Wednesday night.
The police arrested four persons in connection with the murder.
Mohammed Sameer A.V., 26, suffered fatal stab wounds in his stomach when he tried to stop an attacker during a clash between two groups at Oravumpuram. The attack took place around 9.30 p.m. Sameer died in hospital around 11.30 p.m. His relative Hamza was also injured in the attack.
HYDERABAD: A 31-year-old man from Mylardevpally in the city who was picked up by the police in Saudi Arabia has been released. On what grounds of suspicion, the police took Abdul Majeed, a salesman, himself did not know but after several rounds of questioning, he was set free.
Abdul Majeed called up his father in Hyderabad and informed him that there was no case against him. Abdul Majeed who was working as a salesman with a company in Riyadh for the last three years suddenly went missing on July 16 last year. Both he and the driver of the company they worked for were reported missing while they were on work to deliver some articles at Al Qassim.

Pulwama (Jammu and Kashmir) [India], January 27 (ANI): A 20-year-old youth from the Awantipora region of the Jammu and Kashmir s Pulwama district has obtained the license of a commercial pilot and is the youngest Kashmiri to have achieved this feat.
Farhan Majeed after passing his 12th class from Mantaqui Higher Secondary School Awantipora joined the flying academy Global Konnect Aviation Services Pvt Ltd in Uttrakhand to get trained as a commercial pilot. I received my license as a commercial pilot in November last year, Farhan said.
While talking with ANI, Farhan said, There is an airbase of the Indian Air Force and we can hear the sounds of helicopters and other planes all day. This motivated me to become a pilot.
