KYLE DIXON, 21, of Broadwood Close, Ringland, Newport, was ordered to pay £239 in a fine, costs and a surcharge after he pleaded guilty to committing a Communications Act offence.
ADAM SLOWIK, 33, of Barrack Hill, Newport, was banned from driving for 23 months after he pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was ordered to pay £635 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
BRETT JONES, 38, of Georgetown, Tredegar, was banned from driving for 18 months after he pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was ordered to pay £239 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
BENJAMIN OSBORNE, 28, of Bronmynydd, Abertridwr, Caerphilly, was banned from driving for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to drug driving with cannabis derivative delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood.

THANDI WORSLEY, 31, of Greenfield Road, Rogerstone, Newport, was banned from driving for 12 months after she pleaded guilty to being twice the drink driving limit. She was ordered to pay £434 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
CHRISTINA ONOFREI, 20, of Commin Road, Aberbargoed, Caerphilly, was banned from driving for 14 months after she admitted drug driving with cannabis derivative delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in her blood. She was ordered to pay £419 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
NATALIE KER, 36, of Monmouth Road, Mitchel Troy, Monmouthshire, was banned from driving for 28 months after she pleaded guilty to being three times the drink driving limit.
Officers recovered a pay-as-you-go “burner phone” from his car. A safe was found at his mother-in-law’s house where he was staying at the time while his home was being renovated. Inside the safe, officers found high purity – 78 per cent – cocaine with a street value of around £3,000, ecstasy and nearly £3,000 in cash. Mr Ryan said detectives also seized a BlackBerry phone but the defendant refused to give them his PIN number and they were unable to access it. He told how Gwent Police drugs expert DC Sean Meyrick said: “This case has all the hallmarks of a dedicated drugs line supply chain with Mr Williams appearing to run it.”

JORDAN LEVI LEGGE, 25, of Evelyn Street, Abertillery, was banned from driving for 20 months after he pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was ordered to pay £319 in a fine, costs and a surcharge.
