Ghaziabad: A 15-year-old boy was kicked and punched by the driver of a Fortuner in Indirapuram after his scooter hit the SUV on Thursday evening. Videos posted on social media showed the boy, a student of Class 8, pleading with the accused and saying sorry repeatedly as he rained blows on him. The SUV driver, identified as one Sumit Kumar (27) of Abhay Khand, has been arrested. Police said the minor boy had taken his father’s scooter out for tuition classes and was on his way back home with his friend when the two-wheeler hit the SUV near Mangal Chowk around 6.30pm on Thursday. After a small argument, Sumit came out of the car and started beating him up as the boy kept saying sorry.
