Customers on Zomato and Talabat to be rewarded for orders above Dhs50 February 10, 2021
Virtual kitchen platform Sweetheart Kitchen has launched a loyalty programme to award their customers with immediate “data-based” rewards.
Sweetheart Kitchen is a delivery-only multi-brand virtual kitchen owning a portfolio of more than 25 quick-service concepts including Wingo, Avocado Bravo, Affordabowls and Training Day.
The programme presents Sweetheart Kitchen customers on both Zomato and Talabat with immediate rewards for orders above Dhs50. Customers who order from the same brand within 14 days will also be rewarded with menu items. Sweetheart Kitchen says the loyalty programme is backed by customer behavior information, real-time analysis, and algorithms.

Over 300 meals will be provided to third-party aggregators’ drivers via the initiative
December 21, 2020
Sweetheart Kitchen is spearheading an effort that will distribute over 300 meals to aggregators’ delivery drivers this holiday season in Dubai. Each meal will include biryani, fruit cups, and water.
Other organisations taking part in the ‘Driver Meal Programme’ include HORECA Trade, Hotpack, MH Enterprise, Al Rawdah, Coke, and NRTC.
Sweetheart Kitchen says this will be the first of many initiatives under the Driver Meal Programme. More F&B outlets are expected to join to expand the reach and extend support to the front-liners who play a key role in these businesses’ growth.
