City of Swan’s vision for 2021 and beyond
The City of Swan has developed its blueprint plan for the next ten years after working closely with community to define the vision and key focus areas.
The new Strategic Community Plan (SCP) 2021 to 2031 was adopted at the January 20 Council Meeting and includes prioritising our natural environment and community engagement.
The SCP is the City’s highest-level planning document, and guides the development of all other strategies and business planning.
The City’s first SCP was delivered in 2012, undergoing major reviews in 2016 and 2020 to ensure that our work remains relevant and reflective of community requirements.
Australia Day breakfast celebrations in Swan Hill have been cancelled this year due to COVID-19 restrictions. Some smaller events around the municipality.
