DOJ Undersecretary Emmeline Aglipay Villar on Sunday, July 25, said that 20 complaints had been endorsed to the Office of the Ombudsman (OMB).

Guevarra said that one of the complaints received by TFAC and endorsed to the OMB involved the Free Wi-Fi for All project of the Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
